Please make sure you have read and fully understand the "Important Information" displayed on the booking page for before proceeding.  This will include any supplier specific important information such as cancellation policies, check-in instructions and any general policies. Please note that you must acknowledge "Important information" by ticking the box upon completing your booking, and all supplier's rules and regulations should be strictly followed. is under no obligation to change or compormise these rules and regulations of the suppliers and will not be able to give any support, if in any case the customers not abiding to them. If a customer wish to cancel or amend the booking, please send us an email at least 10 days prior to your arrival or date of service, we reserve the right to change or cancel any booking, subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers (you shall be able to request to change your guest name, no. of persons, bed preferences, smoking preference, accessibility options, room type...) or any part of the booking and if such change and cancellation is permitted by the applicable suppliers.’s changes or cancellation administration fee will be apply as per below, in addition to any fees imposed by the suppliers:

Please note that any booking stated non-refundable/non-changeable; in case of any no-show, early check out or any changes, requested, we will not be able to process for the refund.



In the event of a refund to the customer after the above deductions (cancelation or changing booking) the relevant amounts will be refunded back to the same payment card used when complete the booking or transfer back to the same bank account of the person who made the payment. Any booking fees applied will not be eligible for reimbursement. We are doing our best to process the refund for you but this is also depending on our suppliers or third-party suppliers, therefore please bear in mind that the refund process may take up to;


  • For flight booking it may take up to 4 months;
  • Accommodation booking it may take up to 45 days;
  • Car Rental booking it may take up to 60 days;
  • Transfer booking it may take 45 days;
  • Dynamic Packages it may take up to 4 months;



International travel: You are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents (passport validity, visa, health document,) are in order and any other foreign requirements are met. Clients should be aware of all travel prohibitions by legal authorities of the destination countries, including but not limited to any warnings, announcements and advisories in which has been issued by the relevant governments prior to the booking.



It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health requirements for your entry to your destinations.



It’s your responsibility to ensure that your document is valid at least 6 months after the intended departure date from your destination as well as meeting all entry requirements and have enough empty page for the entry immigration stamps.



It’s your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct visa and is valid for entry to the destination/ type for your destination in which you are travelling to.
Some countries required to have visa before arrival, upon arrival or visa waiver program for entry and for transit, so it is solely your responsibility to obtain the visa and to meet all the requirements of the destination countries rules and regulations.
